Further Info

This product contains vitamin E in the form of alpha-D-Tocopherol. The requirement for vitamin E was detected when researchers found that unless it was present in the diet, pregnancy (in laboratory rats) could not be completed. Indeed, the name "tocopherol" derives from the Greek words for childbirth (tos), and to bring forth (phero). Vitamin E serves as a scavenger for free radicals that are destructive to the cell membrane, whose integrity is paramount to cell metabolism and life. Although alpha-D-tocopherol is the most widespread vitamin E, other tocols are also vitamin E, in the sense that they have vitamin E activity. The only difference between tocotrienols and tocopherol is that tocotrienols have three double bonds in their side chain and have a higher antioxidant activity.

I use a few drops of this in most all of my Toners and Creams.  It's suggested in one of my "how to" papers that came with my order to add a few drops to bath water.  Very concentrated product.  The color will change the color of anything you put it in....an orangish color.  Not a problem.  Seems, to me, that most of the products sold here are compatible with eachother.  I have found that I have mixed several products together in one thing or another.  I have had no reactions to anything I have mixed.  I make small samples to try just to make sure before I mix the full sizes.  This is a great option.  No worries.

I recieved a sample of this in with Sea Kelp Bioferment. This stuff is great! If you add it to your daily moisturizer it will turn it red but that is how you know you are getting truly potent oils. I'm not big on using oils during the day, but I did use it at night and I did notice a nice glow to my skin in the morning. I don't know if that is the effect it is supose to have or not but that is what it did for me!

This is my new favorite product! A little goes a long way, and I've found that it makes my skin very happy. I apply it directly to my face, diluted with some rosehip seed oil (only because of the strong color do I dilute it at all). I've been putting it on at night, and in the morning I've woken up to scars that have been lightened (maybe it's from the ascorbyl palmitate that is not listed in the ingredients list on the website but is listed on my bottle!).  I can't get these results from plain rosehip seed oil, but the combination is a double whammy!
