THIS IS A NICE ADDITIVE TO YOUR EYE CREAM. OKAY TO USE UNDER MAKE-UP.

this works well with the Green Tea extract with Caffeine. i have made a serum of the two, and have treated my under eye puffiness quite successfully. totally worth a try.

I've been a fan of Skin Actives Scientific for a while, so I have high expectations of their products. I was quite pleasantly surprised that this serum does what it says it will do. And quickly, too. It brought down the puffiness in my puff-prone, dark-circled eye bags by a significant amount in about 5 minutes. Doesn't smell funny or stink, but did turn the base cream I chose to mix it with (a basic Vitamin E cream from the drug store) the color of turmeric. That color doesn't transfer to the skin, so no worries. Overall, a pretty spiffy product.
