Silymarin can help reduce damage to the skin caused by UV light, oxidative stress, and chemicals like benzoyl peroxide.
How to use it
Beginner: Add a quarter of the tube to 4 oz of your favorite base cream.
Advanced: This ingredient is recommended for use at 0.25% in formulations. This ingredient is sparingly soluble in most recommended solvents, so it is best fit for adding to a cream to help mitigate solubility issues. Solubility in ethanol is 0.1 mg/ml with a recommended use rate of up to 1%, but this far exceeds solubility limits.
