Galangal extract /Kaempferia galanga/ L. is a traditional aromatic plant used in tropics and subtropics of Asia for its medicinal properties and as a spice. It contains chemicals with antibacterial activity, including anti-acne. It also has analgesic, anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory properties, and it smells nice! Galangal is also used as an SPF booster because it contains ethyl methoxycinnamate, a UV absorber.

Add the contents of the tube (1 gm) to 4 oz of canvas, mix well. Warm in microwave for 10 seconds and mix again.
