Treat your skin to the best exfoliation treatment available. We did not pull any punches or tone anything down. This is a combination of the best exfoliation actives we could find. It may be a little dark and may have a slight odor, but that is the price to use the best ingredients.

Use the Pumpkin Enzyme Peel as a mask to gently clean the face, leaving for 5-10 minutes. Take a large pinch of the Exfoliation Powder in the palm and add a small amount of water. Massage the pumpkin-treated skin with the powder and water mix, then rinse.

Use one Alpha-Beta Exfoliating towel each week. Four come in this set. Each pouch includes a one use towel that can be applied to the face and neck area. Keep away from the eyes. Leave for 15 to 20 minutes then rinse thoroughly with tepid water. If your skin is very sensitive, try leaving it only for 3 to 5 minutes, at least until you feel confident that your skin can take it.

  I had previously purchased the Pumpkin Enzyme Peel on its own, and while I liked it, it simply wasn't quite enough so I tried the kit.
  
  This is the real deal! I highly recommend it if you are after exfoliation.
  
  The pad contains enough solution to apply to face, neck, and backs of the hands. It's an inoffensive oily compound and didn't irritate my very sensitive, rosacea prone skin. I did use the Strontium Spritz before and after as recommended, and followed up with Let's Make Collagen. It left my skin very well exfoliated and not a beet red!
  
  As a day-to-day treatment, the pumpkin peel is great and the exfoliation powder gives it the punch it lacked before. I leave the pumpkin peel on for a while and then use the exfoliating powder before washing it all off.
