Many of the emails I receive are from women who wish to go back to the skin they had as babies: smooth as silk, no visible pores. This is not possible because with puberty comes a flurry of hormones, and because our skin has receptors for these hormones, skin biochemistry and physiology will change accordingly. The skin of adults is not supposed to be smooth and glowing. However, I understand the need (or desire) for a product that will help get a bit of that smooth feel, without irritation or down time.

Please remember that, unless you are a baby, we can't make your skin look like baby skin. Only Photoshop can do that.

Bamboo powder is a translucent white exudate obtained from the nodes of some species of bamboo that crystallizes at room temperature. This exudate (tabashir, tabasheer) is composed mainly of silica and water and is part of the Ayurvedic, Unani, and Chinese traditional medicine systems. The tabasheer crystals can be used as a mild exfoliant and are rich in mineral salts, including silica.

Bromelain, a cysteine endopeptidase (protease) in the pineapple fruit has a long tradition as a medicinal plant in South and Central America.

The active chemical in White Willow Bark is salicin, very similar in structure to salicylic acid but non irritating and with better bioavailability.

Kiwi contains beta-carotene, lutein, and zeaxanthin. It is also rich in proteases.

This is a fantastic product! After using this product as directed on my face I was amazed at the clarity and brightenss of my skin. Anything dulling the skin was gone. This was more than a simple matter of exfoliation as I've used a Clarisonic brush several times a week and never seen results like this. This is now a "must have" for my skin. Haven't tried it on my feet or hands yet but will. Would SAS consider offering this in a larger size container as well...I'd buy it in bulk!

i really like this. my skin looks smoother, and the fine lines are lessened. any dull skin is gone. it is something i don't want to have to go without. for those who have extremely sensitive skin like i do - it hasn't broken me out or given my a rash. i use it once a week, and i haven't had any problems. it stings a little bit if i leave it on too long, but even then nothing weird has happened to my skin.

I wish I could like this... I have very sensitive, fair skin, which I'm sure is why this didn't work for me. It felt great going on, and then stung so badly I needed to rinse forever. Just to make sure the first time wasn't a fluke, I tried it a second time. Perhaps I'll try it on my feet... they're pretty tough!

I love this powder!! I have sensitive skin but it's oily with large pores in the t-zone. I use this exfoliation powder once a week. I am careful to GENTLY rub on face and neck spending a little more time and pressure on my nose, forehead and chin. I then let it dry like a mask and gently rinse it off. My face feels amazing and my pores are non-existent. I follow up with my collagen serum and Energizing cream with Mitochondrial boost. My face feels like it's had an expensive facial from a fancy spa. A wonderful treat for your face.

My skin isn't particularly sensitive, but I found this to be a really harsh scrub. I rinsed and rinsed but still had a "chemical burn" feeling on my hands and face. I will use up the bottle on my feet and elbows and other parts that aren't so sensitive =)
