Dr. Sivak's Notes:

Coenzyme Q10 is also called ubiquinone (the "ubiquitous quinone"), because it is present in plants and animals.

Mitochondrial function can be limited by insufficient CoQ10.

Coenzyme Q10 should not cause allergic reactions, but idebenone, a synthetic version of CoQ10, has been known to do so.

Each tube (0.6 g) is enough for about 4 fl oz of cream or lotion at 0.5% concentration. Use in your favorite cream or add to our Canvas Base Cream or European Cream.

Coenzyme Q10 does not dissolve easily, so we recommend first mixing it with a small amount of oil, such as our Antioxidant Booster or Pomegranate Seed Oil, to completely dissolve the powder and allow for a smooth texture in your finished product.

CoQ10 is strongly colored. If this is a concern, add it in small quantities and stop when you feel the color of the cream is still acceptable. Even with lower concentrations, Coenzyme Q10 will still provide benefits.

Coenzyme Q10 is also called ubiquinone (the "ubiquitous quinone"), because it is present in plants and animals, including the human skin. This is a crucial molecule in respiration. Its topical application restores mitochondrial activity, increasing energy production as ATP, plus reducing power needed to make new collagen.*

Coenzyme Q10 is NOT hype. Mitochondrial function can be limited by insufficient CoQ10, and topical application of the quinone can help older mitochondria work better because electron transport is a crucial part of respiration and energy production.*

I have been looking for a stabilized functioning topical CoQ 10 for decades. I have tried so many products claiming to have CoQ 10, but noticed no positive effects. I have tried unleashing the capsules of the Coenzyme Q 10 supplements and used it topically.. No results. When I saw it available here I had to try it. I mixed this with the coral Nutrient serum and used it for two weeks on my breast bone which is wrinkly and extremely sun damaged. Love at first application, the sun weathered skin was plumper and a huge reduction in wrinkles, In the two weeks of twice a day applications it cut the appearance in half. HUGE makeover. I knew CoQ 10 would be a holy grail product from the years of hunting for the right version of CoQ. Now that i have it, I use it in all my hardcore mixtures, the combo of CoQ and EGF is turning back the clock on my face , neck and body like no other product. I made a mixture of the EGF and CoQ with Jergan's body lotion and I have the fanciest skin healing body lotion out of Jergan's. At this price I will be adding it to all my body lotions and face creams. The color is bright orange and it does color the lotion/cream. But it isn't noticeable on he skin. It doesn't rub off on clothes..
